You need to establish a plan for your marketing budget.

Which leads me to Step #6 in the marketing plan.

โœ… Budget Segmentation. Where?

โœ… Governance. Who's responsible?

โœ… Overhead. What are your monthly spend (i.e. rent, utilities, etc)

โœ… Experiments. Where can you test? i.e. Youtube ads

Remember to keep is simple, review the data and tweak as necessary.

Don't make emotional decisions. ๐Ÿค”

Trust me, emotional decisions will have a negative impact in long run.
