Google Maps gives us updates on different routes to Grandma's house.
Strava is giving me input on my last runs and telling me about my heart-rate zone ❤️
And Dunkin is alerting me to my next donut reward 🍩
So much data.
But what are they doing with it?
Maybe building a clone or maybe using the info to shape their business strategies to the segment your in ( I think clone ) 🤖
And as Jay Z says

Metrics are critical to learning and growing.
Which leads me to Step #5 in your marketing plan.
Step #5 ➡️ Define Measurement Framework for Your Goals
🎯 What are your targets?
🎯 Milestones?
🎯 Benchmarks?
🎯 Conversion rates?
🎯 Profitability targets?
🎯 ROI targets?
There are many metrics you can measure, but those are a great place to start!
Keep it simple, review your data and engage your team.
Maybe they are seeing something you're not. 👀
